Store Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP in sealed ampoules at controlled room temperature. Protect from excessive heat, light, and physical damage. Do not freeze.
The premium bac ampoules are intended for single-use only. Once opened, the contents should be used immediately. Any unused portion must be discarded, as ampoules do not support multi-dose storage and sterility cannot be maintained after opening.
The generic vials are multi-use. After first puncture, maintain aseptic handling and store the vial at controlled room temperature or under refrigeration at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Discard any unused portion within 28 days of initial vial entry, in accordance with USP guidelines.
Do not use if the solution appears cloudy, discolored, or contains visible particulate matter.
